📝 Message Templates

WhatsApp only delivers business-started messages using approved templates. Enter each template name below with variables in this order — Meta uses {{1}}, {{2}}… by position.WATI uses the variable names shown. Without a template, a plain message is sent, which only reaches customers who messaged you in the last 24 hours.

Invoice & Quotation templates have a PDF header Turn on if those templates were approved with a Document header — the PDF is attached to the template itself. Send auto reminders on WhatsApp Daily AMC, service & payment reminders also go out on WhatsApp (needs the matching template above).

Save settings first, then test.

📬 Delivery Status (Webhook)

WhatsApp first accepts a message and reports delivery or failure later. Connect this webhook so the WhatsApp Log shows Delivered / Read / Failed with the reason.
Meta app → WhatsApp → Configuration → Webhook → Edit: paste the Callback URL and Verify Token → Verify and save → under Webhook fields subscribe to messages.
